QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
I was a chorister at Peterborough Cathedral and learnt the organ with Andrew Newberry going on to become organ scholar at Bristol University where I studied with Glynn Jenkins.

I obtained my BA and FRCO in 1981 and FLCM in 1985. Amongst other places I have been organist at Higham Ferrers and Holy Trinity Rothwell (both in Northamptonshire) and I am currently Director of Music at a Prep School.

I directed the Open University Chapel Choir for some years as was an RSCM examiner.
GEOGRAPHICAL AVAILABILITY
I am mainly available in the Northamptonshire and South Leicestershire area but will travel if it fits in with other plans I may have. Cambridgeshire is not too far away from me.
AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEK
Essentially I am only available in school holidays but potentially at any time of the week. I may be available on some Saturdays throughout the year.
OTHER INFORMATION
I held my first organist post at the age of 14 (some 44 years ago!) so I have considerable liturgical experience in both the Anglican and Anglo-Catholic traditions.

I am a keen bellringer when time allows. In choirs I sing tenor - somebody has to!
